Love. It.
I found MobileNoter, downloaded it to my iPod and PC, and within an hour all my notebooks were on my iPod, exactly as they look on my PC, just in mini-form. Love it, as I searched for and downloaded it after a week and a half of trying to get the branded MS OneNote app to work, only to finally find that I couldnt actually sync my notebooks between my iPod and PC for real without a whole lot of technical hassle-- and that notebooks viewed on the iPod (I had to create them on the iPod as I could not sync with my own on my PC) looked nothing like the notebooks viewed on PC. I decided to see if there was another, third-party app available. Enter MobileNoter. Happiness.
MobileNoter app is free, but you do need to also download a small software program to your PC to take care of the syncing-- the software is free for the first 30 days and then $15 for a lifetime subscription (WiFi option, 3G option is a monthly subscription, but the WiFi option is working great for me!). SO worth it if you use OneNote a lot!!
