Was a really nice app before the big update. Now just full of bugs. You can only reach tech support by email and I have been waiting a few days for their response. Usually apps get better with time... Certainly not this!

Its almost comical how badly this app has been developed an lags behind in basic onenote features like skydive support because it would cut into their crappy cloud edition profits

I agree with the other posters that ever since the big update, mobilenoter has stopped working. I sent in a ticket a week ago and havent heard anything.

If it werent for that, Id have bought the $15 desktop client. I was in touch with support by email several times to try to get this working, they were helpful, and even extended my trial period by a month to decide. -- Sometimes the sync would work great but after not syncing for a few days id try again and it would fail. I finally decided the too-unreliable sync is a deal-breaker. Having to wipe all data from the app and re-sync was unnacceptable. The app itself works well as a note-taker you dont need to sync. Too bad, really, Id gladly pay the price if the sync were reliable. Maybe Ill try again in a year or so and see if theyve made progress on it.

Okay, so it took a bunch of tinkering to get the sync working, but now that its running, I love it. Way more powerful than Microsofts OneNote for iPhone app (although you use both side by side). MobileNoter allows direct sync from iOS device to computer without internet, which is great for me when doing research in remote areas. Plus it can incorporate audio, which Microsofts iPhone app cannot. Id like to have easier indent/outdent in outlines, but Ill be using this app for sure.

If you use MS OneNote and want to have your notes with you when you are away from your PC than you must have this app. It stunningly keeps all writing and images unchanged on the mobile platform. A truly great tool. Thank you.

Ok, you have to pay for the sync service (you can sync via wifi for free). I do, and I believe it is $15 a year, BUT, it is worth it. If you use OneNote, AND you want access to those notes, the attachments, etc., on your device, at this time, this is the BEST app out. I dont understand the low ratings. I tried every other app and none compare to this app. NONE. I wish they did, because I am not a fan of the interface, at all. If someone could come up with a way to sync, that is as easy as MobileNoter, I may switch, but until that time, this is the best!

App worked great until the big update last year. I have not been able to sync since then. I have a LOT of notes, and sync just no longer works for me. I sync via WiFi. Customer support worked with me for several weeks late last year trying to get it fixed, and that fix may have worked for others but not for me. I just tried it again, after seeing some reviews here indicating it might be fixed, but still could not sync. This app had potential but Ive had to give up on it. Thankfully, Microsofts OneNote app is now functional enough to meet my needs -- it only works with notebooks stored in the cloud, and requires Wifi to access them, but at least it works.

Very unstable, dont bother for now

I LOVE having access to my OneNote notebooks. They are very complex, with pictures, drawings, clips from online sites. I am constantly referring to them on my pc and it is invaluable to have them available "in my pocket". Not a complete match to the pc as far as usage, but accurate on updates which is most portent to me. I paid for the cloud sync and it works great. Worth the fee to me.

I tried to use MobileNoters Ever2Note Converter utility to convert my EverNote data to OneNote so I could use MobileNoter. It only converted 50 notes in each notebook. I reported the problem on their support page, but they have been totally unresponsive, so the app is unusable for me.

As soon as I upgraded to iOS 6 my app quit working. I used this app daily to store all my personal data since it locked. Now I cant get to anything

As soon as Os 6 came out this app stopped working and now all my important stuff that I needed to lock I can no longer get to. Please send out an update!!

I hated the Microsoft onenote app because I hate having to use sky drive and much prefer syncing my phone directly to my computer. Mobile noter is a little slow, but overall I loved it way more than the OneNote app. But now that Ive switched to iOS 6, it doesnt work anymore! It refuses to sync now, and crashes every time. Super sad because I think Ill have to go back to OneNote app now :( The new update that was released to make mobile noter compatible with iOS 6 failed to help anything for me. App still consistently crashes.

Like many negative reviewers, I had good productivity, syncing and support response (for about a year or so). Then their updates came and my Apps on iPhone and iPad completely froze…The desktop client app doesnt seem to work when they roll out upgrades. And then hours of troubleshooting, following directions, deleting apps, temp files, etc… and NOTHING. After a while, support just stopped responding to me in a timely way. I travel around the country and have to give presentations all the time and all my client history were in my notebooks…for me, not having access to my data on all my devices means I cannot prepare in cracks of time (in airports, cabs etc….). The support teams and accounts would not even give me a partial refund of my subscription…even though I proved it was not my devices and had been patient for months. On a good note, this app is spectacular (when it works) to allow launching of embedded docs… The OneNote app cannot do this and thats important for many. My solution?: I use OneNote app and have synced my notebooks to Skydrive (free from Microsoft). Its always updated and now I dont attach so many files to my notebooks.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANY!!! IT S A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!! I bought the $15.00 software and it never WORKED or SYNCED. ItS just junk! I got no support!!! I asked for a refund... No response!! Now they have released another cloud version! I would have been nice if they had taen care of thier pior BILKED customers with A new WORKING version!

Ive been using the app for over year. The app works as designed and I have no real complaint. However, I wish it had the ability to highlight and/or underline text. I keep hoping for an update to the app. In the mean time Im looking for an app that will.

This is a complete piece of crap . Keeps crashing since iOS 8 . I wish I could give it a negative star rating Instead .

After updating to 8.1 and 8.2 app wont load. All my info is not accessible. Fix please so I can get my info off. Ive used for a long time. Not all my data is not available. I used this for business.
